WHAT WE DO 

LES (LINEAR ENRGETIC STRUCTURES)

Hot water pipelines, steam pipelines – Realisation of new investment units, planned repairs, elimination of malfunctions and accidents, routine maintenance of all types of equipment, including accessories (estabilishing, bridges, steel structures, drainage and bleeding equipment, fittings, special valves). Water – construction and reconstruction of water pipelines and water connection points and pressure sewers made of polyethylene, gravity sewers made of PVC, ductile iron and stoneware. Gas – construction of industrial low-pressure, medium-pressure and high-pressure gas pipelines, production and installation of gas pressure reduction stations, installation of boilers and boiler rooms.

switchboards up to 1000V for the purpose of controlling technological units with control systems from various manufacturers according to the end customer’s request

Distribution boards for PV systems

junction boxes for the DC part of the distribution including fuses and overvoltage protections, switchboards for battery storage and fuses and power output on the side of AC inverters

Power switchboards

enable efficient and safe transmission of electrical energy to various appliances and devices in different parts of the building or facility. Thanks to protective features, the risk of damage or destruction of electrical equipment can be minimized and the risk of fire can be reduced

Electrical and MaC design works

development of all levels of project documentation for the energy, heating, industrial production and building environment management sectors (building technology). We provide cooperation on feasibility studies and consulting activities for proposals for energy-saving measures

Performance of copyright and technical supervision

we do the performance of supervisory activities in the above-mentioned fields in accordance with the relevant legislation

RES (RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES)

Industrial buildings – targeting companies that are interested in reducing their energy dependence. It is mainly a rooftop application with an installed power of up to 1MWp. Industrial applications – represent mainly land-based applications with a large installed capacity of over 1MWp, where a new company is established for these purposes, which realizes the interest project and then also operates it for the purpose of profit from the production and distribution of electrical energy to the distribution or transmission system. Municipality – are oriented towards the self-government of cities and municipalities. The projects represent both roof and ground applications, but also carport-type applications, for example. They are implemented in order to reduce the energy dependence of cities or municipalities, mainly by sharing energy produced by RES = community energy.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HEAT EXCHANGERS AND SYSTEM COMPONENTS

We develop and manufacture tubular, all-stainless heat exchangers MAXTM with a tradition of 25 years. They are suitable for use in energy equipment, food, pharmaceutical or textile industries. They are primarily intended for central heating systems and for the preparation of domestic hot water with forced circulation where the flow rates are sufficiently large for turbulent flow. The production program also includes distributors and collectors for coolant, steam and hot water distribution systems.

CONTAINERS AND BULK TANKS

Custom production of steel and stainless steel tanks up to 100 m3. Reservoirs, large-volume tanks and other components for condensate, demineralized water, beer, milk, wine, etc. from all types of austenitic, ferritic, heat-resistant, refractory and special duplex steels according to ČSN EN 10088, DIN and AISI are commonly used for the products.

We develop and produce a unique system of lightweight board boxes (PBXTM), which are used to maximize safety and health protection by stabilizing the excavation and eliminating movement and landslides of soil or other material.

Their advantage is easy handling, variability and durability. This product is oprecized on the basis of our own needs and experience in the realization of energy line constructions.

We carry out service work in the field of cleaning tubular heat exchangers and storage tanks, incuding pressure tests, repairs of tubular heat exchangers, heat distribution systems, gas equipment and electrical equipment.
